Scope and eligibility
This Membership Agreement applies to subscriptions and related digital purchases offered in Zorin. Zorin is intended only for users aged 18 and over. Read this agreement together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
By confirming a purchase, you accept the terms applicable to the product shown to you at checkout. Do not complete a purchase if you do not agree with those terms.
Plans and benefits
Available plans, subscription periods, prices, and benefits are described on the purchase screen. Only benefits expressly included in the selected plan apply to that purchase.
A subscription does not imply unlimited messaging, guaranteed AI results, or free use of all coin-based features. Any included coins, usage allowance, or other benefit must be stated in the product description before purchase.
Payment and activation
App Store purchases are processed by Apple using the payment method associated with your Apple Account. Check the final price and billing period in the Apple confirmation before approving payment.
Benefits apply after the purchase is confirmed. If a confirmed purchase is not reflected in Zorin, use available purchase recovery controls or contact support with your user ID and relevant purchase reference. Do not send payment card details.
Automatic renewal
An auto-renewable subscription renews at the period and price shown in the purchase information unless you cancel it through Apple. Renewal billing and any permitted price changes follow Apple’s applicable purchase terms and notices.
If a free trial or introductory offer is available, its length, eligibility, and subsequent price are shown before you accept it. No trial or discount is promised unless expressly displayed for your selected product.
Managing and canceling
You can review or cancel an Apple-billed subscription in your device Settings: select your name, open Subscriptions, and choose Zorin. Follow Apple’s displayed cancellation instructions. See Apple’s subscription cancellation guidance.
Cancel before the renewal or trial deadline shown by Apple if you do not want a further charge. Deleting Zorin, clearing local data, or ceasing to use the application does not cancel a subscription.
The end of access and any remaining paid period follow the subscription status shown by Apple and applicable consumer rights.
Coin purchases
Coins are separate virtual application credits. Each coin package displays the number of coins and price before payment. Coins may be used for the actions disclosed in Zorin, including text interaction, image-based questions, and ordinary character look unlocks.
Purchased coins do not expire. Coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, traded, or transferred to another user through Zorin. A subscription includes coins only when its purchase description explicitly provides them.
Daily free draws are not paid draws. Buying coins or a subscription does not add daily draw opportunities.
Refunds and billing questions
For Apple-billed purchases, refund requests are handled through Apple. A refund may be available depending on the purchase, region, and applicable rules. See Apple’s refund guidance, or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Zorin does not promise automatic approval of a refund. Nothing in this agreement limits refund or other consumer rights that apply by law.
Responsible use and service changes
Use membership benefits and coins lawfully. Do not alter purchase records, misuse recovery functions, or bypass applicable charges. We may take proportionate steps to address confirmed misuse.
Available features may change. Changes to purchased benefits or recurring prices are subject to the purchase terms, required notices, and applicable law. AI content remains subject to the limitations described in the Terms of Use.

An updated version of this agreement will display a revised date. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
