Eligibility and acceptance
Zorin is an AI character conversation application for adults aged 18 and over. By using Zorin, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Apple Standard EULA linked above. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Using Zorin
Zorin offers virtual character browsing, AI conversations, image-based questions, conversation management, and available character customization. Features may depend on an internet connection, sufficient coins, or an active subscription as disclosed in the application.
You are responsible for the content you choose to submit and for ensuring you have the right to use any images or other material. Use Zorin only for lawful purposes and in a manner that respects others’ rights.
AI characters and content
The characters in Zorin are fictional AI characters, not real people providing a personal or professional service. AI replies may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Use your own judgment and verify information before relying on it.
Zorin is intended for everyday conversation and creative exploration. It is not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not an emergency service.
Text, selected images, and relevant conversation context may be sent to third-party AI services when you request a reply. The Privacy Policy explains this processing.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or infringing content.
- Do not use Zorin to harass, threaten, deceive, or violate another person’s privacy.
- Do not attempt to bypass payment requirements, manipulate rewards or coin balances, or interfere with the service.
- Do not submit content involving sexual exploitation, harm to minors, or instructions for illegal activity.
We may restrict access to service functionality where reasonably necessary to address misuse or comply with applicable requirements.
Coins and subscriptions
Zorin offers coin purchases and subscriptions. The application and Apple purchase confirmation show the product, price, coin quantity or subscription period, and applicable benefits before payment.
Coins can be used for selected text interactions, image-based questions, and ordinary character looks as disclosed in the application. Costs are shown before the relevant action. Coins are virtual application credits, not money, and are not available for cash withdrawal or trading.
Purchased coins do not expire. Subscription purchases do not automatically cover every coin-based action unless the purchase description expressly says so. Any free daily rewards or draw opportunities are subject to the rules displayed in the application.
Subscriptions, renewal, cancellation, and purchase-related terms are described in the Membership Agreement. Apple handles App Store billing and applicable refund requests.
Your content and application rights
You retain any rights you have in the material you submit. By submitting content for an AI feature, you authorize its processing as needed to provide the response you request. You must have permission to submit material belonging to other people.
ROAM’s branding, interface, character artwork, and other application materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Your use of the application does not transfer ownership of those materials. The Apple Standard EULA governs the application license.
Local data and deletion
Application content is stored locally as described in the Privacy Policy. You may use available controls to delete conversations or application data. Removing local data may remove content and settings that have no separate backup.
Deleting the application or local data does not cancel an active subscription. Manage subscriptions through Apple before removing the application if you do not want future renewal.
Availability and responsibility
Features and available content may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free AI replies. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the application is provided on the basis stated in the Apple Standard EULA.
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protection rights.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the application or its services change. The revised date will appear on this page, with further notice where required.
